Booking & Cancellation Policy
By booking a class, event or workshop you are agreeing to all the below policies.
Workshops will begin at the specified time.
When you book a session, you agree to attend that session. All attendees are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes before the session begins, as entry may be denied after the start time has passed. Late arrivals may be denied entry. If you're unfamiliar with the location or are unsure where you're going, allow extra time or research the route ahead of time.
All sessions must be paid for more than 48 hours before you are due to attend, otherwise, your booking will be cancelled automatically.
There is a no-refund cancellation policy in place for these events. If a space can be back-filled by a waitlist then a credit will be added to your account to use against another same-price workshop or event. If the space cannot be backfilled, there will be no credit added. Please use the contact form or notify us via the booking app (i.e. Eventbrite) as soon as possible.
Private Bookings
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your private session starts you are entitled to transfer your booking to another suitable date.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours notice your booking cannot be transferred and no refund will be given.
Exception: If your booking has been booked under a limited-time special offer, you are not entitled to transfer or credit your booking.
