Initial Connection
What to Expect: This 30-45 minute session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. We will discuss your goals, concerns, I will explain mindfulness and we will explore what you hope to achieve through mindfulness. This session is free and helps ensure that my services are a good fit for your needs.
Platform: Zoom, Facetime, or WhatsApp.
Walk and Talk
Duration: 60 minutes
Structure: These sessions combine the benefits of being in nature with mindfulness practice. We will walk through a natural setting, engaging in mindfulness exercises and discussions along the way.
Cost: £45 per session
Note: Weather permitting.
In Person
Duration: 60 minutes
Structure: These sessions offer a relaxed and supportive environment where you can learn and practice mindfulness techniques tailored to your needs.
Cost: £45 per session
Recommended Commitment: Weekly. Typically 6 weeks (with a minimum of 4 sessions to experience significant benefits).
Online Session
Duration: 60 minutes
Structure: Conducted via Zoom, Facetime, or WhatsApp, these sessions are convenient for those who prefer to practice mindfulness from the comfort of their home.
Cost: £40 per session
Recommended Commitment: Weekly. Typically 6 weeks (with a minimum of 4 sessions to experience significant benefits).
Email conversation
Structure: Ideal for those who prefer writing, this service allows you to send an email of up to 1000 words detailing your thoughts and concerns. I will respond with tailored guidance and support.
Cost: £30 per email or £100 for a block of four emails.
