WanderHer: Samhain Women's Circle
oin us in a cosy, warm sanctuary to celebrate the ancient festival of Samhain—a time of deep reflection, connection, and transition. We will gather in my wellbeing studio for an intimate women’s circle, where we’ll begin with a guided meditation to ground ourselves, followed by an opportunity to share and connect with each other. A reflective journaling session will help us explore personal intentions and release what no longer serves us. We’ll close with a meditation, and if weather allows, we’ll end around a fire pit with hot chocolate.

TAKE FIVE - Mindfulness Walk for Wellbeing
Part of TAKE FIVE – Weston Arts + Health Festival
This walk is all about drawing breath rather than getting out of breath! A gentle amble along the sands absorbing the pleasure of walking with others, and enjoying nature. Led by Kim from Naturally Mindful who became a mindfulness teacher as a way of navigating her own anxiety. A warm and welcome space is guaranteed.
Armed Forces Day Tribute: Wellbeing Photography Walk for Veterans
This two-hour workshop is crafted with veterans in mind, offering a nurturing space to reconnect with nature, cultivate mindfulness, and express creativity through photography. Led by Kim, a former Royal Signals member turned Mindfulness Teacher and Wellbeing Coach, this workshop combines elements of mindfulness practice with the art of photography to provide a holistic experience aimed at promoting mental health recovery, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Free Mindful Photography Workshops for residents of North Somerset
I am pleased to announce that I will be leading a project funded by the North Somerset Mental Health Community Grants program. I am providing free Mindful Photography Workshops to individuals who live within North Somerset, experiencing mental health challenges, social isolation, and loneliness this spring and summer.
Starting on Sunday, May 21st, from 1-3 pm at the Coleridge Road Outdoor Hub in Weston Super Mare and Monday, May 22nd, from 10-12 pm at Grove Park, Weston Super Mare, my program will run weekly for a six-week term.
Mental Health Awareness Week - Free Nature Connection Walk
