Walk, Pause, Click: Awakening the Senses - Photography for wellbeing
Slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect—with nature, your creativity, and yourself.
Join me in a gentle, 2.5-hour mindful photography workshop where we’ll explore the simple joy of seeing the world through a slower, softer lens. Together, we’ll wander through nearby woodland and countryside, guided by seasonal prompts, reflection pauses, and moments of stillness.
You don’t need a fancy camera or any experience—just a willingness to show up, take notice, and click the shutter with intention.
This is more than a photography workshop. It’s a chance to feel present again.
